It's snowing hippogriff's out here in Ottery St. Catchpole. Oh, how I do so love the holidays!

I've beaten Ron in a snowball fight this year! First year that's happened! Reckon it's probably because of Quidditch training. Quaffle in the goal and all that. Or maybe it was because Harry was pelting him with snowballs as well, but that detail doesn't matter too much, now. I've still won!!!


Christmas is quickly approaching and I've never been more ecstatic! Of course, that's probably because Harry's here and I reckon I might've seen him actually smile once, but it could've been a trick of the light.

Luna, stop by tomorrow would you? I'd like to give you your gift!


Oh, look! I just found a jar of sweets! How lucky! Mum usually hides these until Christmas day.
